KEITH THURMAN ON ESPN “SATURDAY”
“THRILLER” THURMAN IN PBC ESPN DEBUT
One of 21 Keith Thurman KO’s!
San Francisco, CA– It what is expected to be a “competitive-mismatch,” unbeaten welterweight sensation Keith Thurman will appear on ESPN in a “stay busy” fight against the better than pedestrian Luis Collazo.
“COMPETITIVE-MISMATCH” NOT AN OXYMORON
As long as the fight lasts, Keith Thurman will be pocketing rounds and Collazo will be “trying” to win until all the fight is taken out of him and he realizes boxing is a young man’s game and Thurman has the edge both in age, nine years and a better skill set.
UNBEATEN WBA KING DUBBED “THE FUTURE”
With Al Haymon of Premier Boxing Champions calling the shots for the (25-0, 21 KOs) WBA welterweight (147 lb.) titleolder from Clearwater, FL, the 5-1 betting favorite has silenced any detractors through eight years and 25 professional fights.
DON’T EXPECT COLLAZO TO FOLD LIKE CHAIR
Collazo (36-6, 19 KOs) at 34 years of age and 15 turns of the Roman Calenar into his professional career, Luis need realize he is “the opponent” here and should he put forth an effort to win, the Puerto Rican will get hammered in this Premier Boxing Champions main event from Tampa, FL.
EXPECTING “FIREWORKS” CIRCA MID FIGHT
Seeing Collazo has only been stopped once in six defeats, Thurman will try and either tear a hole in him, and if that doesn’t result in mid-rounds stopage, the champ can box well enough to win via 12 round decision.
ONLY QUESTION IS HOW KEITH WINS!
Thurman wants Floyd Mayweather, as does everybody else fighting around 147, but Mayweather has no intentions of gloving up with Keith as he has indicated he will fight either Karim Mayfield or Andre Berto in what is said to be his last fight, the 49th in September.
