Donaire’s left hook dropped Mathebula like a tree at the end of round four, but the pesky Mathebula refused to succumb, went the route and lost by scores of 117-110, 118-109 and 119-108.

PAVLIK WINS A “BREEZER” OVER AVERAGE ROSINSKY

    Carson Jones new gatekeeper at welter,what a fight vs Brook, fight of the year contender.

    Sure would like to see Abdusalamov matched against some of top heavyweight prospects (Mitchell, Fury, Price, etc.). He’d have a big chance against any of them.

    Can’t wait to see Fortuna a against a quality opponent on HBO. Him against either Russell or Broner would be great. We all know it won’t happen. Especially Russell, who has better pedigree than Fortuna but his handlers do him a disservice be having him face inferior opposition. Worried about Russells development.
