Alot of UFC fighters make more than there posted purses. Those numbers dont include any endorsement deals they get for wearing a sponsors brand (Tapout).

From what I heard Brock made close to 3 Million, him and some others get a cut of PPV's. 3 million may not be Oscar or Floyd numbers but they also dont have to pay any money to promoters, lawyers or sanctioning fees most other boxers end up having to pay.

The UFC has a stranglehold on it's fighters, that's the reason why they get away with paying them so little. Unlike boxing, there are no rival promotors to compete with the UFC for top fighters. Pride in Japan was a big promotion who did pay much better than the UFC but they folded up. If the UFC gets rid of a fighter there are not many places for him to go. The smaller MMA promotions here in the USA have no money and they can't pay much.

In boxing, top champions make good money on PPV shows, in the UFC their champions make a tiny fraction of the profits. It's rare for a UFC champion to make a million in a PPV show.

If Brock ever fights, and beats Fedor, the skys the limit.

As a boxing fan its interesting the Mike Tyson and Oscar De La Hoya have seven of the top ten PPV numbers. Not surprising, but the fact that De La Hoya was 0-3 in his biggest money making fights is a little surprising. I wonder where the Bernard Hopkins- De La Hoya fight ranks. The guy could be 0-4!!!

UFC 100 was a great card was fulled with good fights.

I don't know if it's me.. but how is Brock passing steroids tests? I mean this is the same guy who walked out of an ESPN interview when the reporter interviewing him, mentioned the word steroid. Moreover, Brock is to too big for the heavyweight division. He looks like a bully pounding the little guy, not too good for my taste. I think that a guy with some speed who can avoid the ground can beat him. Rampage Jackson, Fedor, Pitbull, Machida.. Anderson Silva.. I not joking..Brock is too big and his leg would give up after two rounds and he won't be able to move...then he would just be picked apart.

Brock fights are ugly to watch. Once he got on top of Frank Mir, with his massive bodyweight there was no way Frank could hold on. Ugly fight..

I'll take that tiny slice any day of the week. What a person can do with a million clams, have a clam bake (but keep a few together to multiply (invest) you will never eat hotdogs again...............

Brock made $400,000. All the fighters on that card combined made less than 2.5 million.

The UFC 100 was a hot selling PPV card but the fighters made peanuts. Brock made less than 1 million and that's a tiny slice of the pie.
