  2. Only a complete moron would “sit on the other side of the fence” . No need for a vote.

  3. This coming from a fan who wanted Bradley to win big, he clearly lost and sonehow managed to win,in public, and televised round the world and they give us this decision, even after we watched it? now we no what a prostitute and her pimps relationship feels like cuz we will keep goin back for more

  4. for bradley to win, you have to understand that bradley had to win 7 rounds. are u kidding me?

Sad thing Pac held a huge lead in every category of punches and in all percentages. Total punches landed 253-159 (34-19 percent). Power punches landed 190-108 (39-28 percent). Jabs landed 63-51 (24-11 percent)

pedro you trash pacman but how about talking about how bradley did? at least pacman fights people with a huge risk.

  5. Bradley won. Close but clear.

Martin is a JERK for calling people that saw it differently than he did idiots and morons in all these different threads. Some of those ‘morons’ won a lot of money on this fight.

Pac Hater on June 10th, 2012 at 5:37 PM
  6. Marquez versus Pacquiao III was too close a call, might as well say it was another draw. But Pacquiao versus Bradley is nearly a lopsided fight won by the Filipino fighter. Declaring it a draw would even be a crime. But Bradley winning the fight? Oh man…

Hattonner on June 10th, 2012 at 7:42 PM
  7. Apparently, only ford and ross understand the sweet science of boxing…everyone else is a moron!

  8. antonio: I agree.

Pac Hater: Bradley won — close but CLEAR? What IS clear is that you are more of a Pac hater than a TRUE boxing fan (as your name states), and you let your emotions get in the way of how you judge bouts. Seven rounds? Even “Pac haters” such as Pedro won’t go as far as to say that — otherwise they’d lose ALL credibility. MAYBE five — and that’s being extremely generous. Either you are VERY emotional, or your knowledge of the sport of boxing is EXTREMELY lacking.

Paco on June 10th, 2012 at 9:24 PM
  9. Agreed with Martin; no need for a poll, it wasn’t even close. Bradley was toast from round 3 on. Much respect to his great effort but it still wasn’t enough to win the fight. Pedro, why have you yet to say how you scored it? I think not for your disdain for Manny you’d be making a lot more noise about last nights horrible scorecards. Shame on you!

  12. no need to vote….its very obvious pacman outclassed bradley by a mile….
Bradley is way below Pacman level..he’s not on the same class…

  13. I scored the fight 6-6. But whenever a score is close it can go either way. HBO did a horrid job. I didnt watch their broadcast so I wasn’t unduly influenced. There is in my mind ZERO controversy with the scores submitted and certainly no conspiracy theories. Manny gassed out over the second half if the fight and allowed himself to be outworked. He tried to fight only the last third of most of those rounds and the judges didn’t buy it. He’s older now. It happens.

  14. I think the decision was way off, but what surprised me almost as much as the bad decision was the way Bradley fought. He was hyped up and talking all this shit during the pre-fight hype and when the bell rung he was in retreat mode all night. I have never seen Bradley fight like that. I guess he felt Pac’s power and decided to fight cautiously like many other Pac opponents. Not only that, his body language was that of a defeated fighter. Bradley was taken out of his game by Pac. I scored the fight 8 rounds to 4 for Pac. Bradley ran and threw pitty pat punches all night, couldn’t hurt Pac, and only won a few exchanges. Pac forced the action all night, connected with close to 100 more punches than Bradley, and controlled the action all night. I like Bradley, but from what I saw Saturday night, he was more talk than action. When have you seen Bradley fight going backwards the whole fight. There was never a point in this fight where I thought Bradley had control. Bad decision for boxing. Pac needs to leave Arum. When Floyd Mayweather Sr. said he thought Pac won the fight, you know he must have won. I might be done buying PPV. This is ridiculous.

  15. Boxing is a complete JOKE! They robbed in front front of the world, one of the ONLY reasons that people talk about boxing anymore. The other guy is sitting in a jail cell…Anybody watching the rematch, just send your money right now to Top Prank so they dont have to ROB you later…

  16. The Campillo fight was sickening…They took a good fight and ruined it…That was the last time I invited people over till Saturday…Again, good fight but it was GLARINGLY obvious it was FIXED…Thats the last fight party I’ll be having and last time I tell people to watch boxing cause simply put, it full of sh*%!

    1200 Techs on June 11th, 2012 at 6:59 AM
  17. Linwood,

Exactly how did you score the fight? Manny landed almost twice as many power punches, outjabbed him, hurt him 5-6 times, and completely controlled the fight. Did you award points to Bradley every time HE got hit?? Perhaps you docked Manny points for hitting Bradley too hard. Anyone who had this fight close is blatantly stupid. The closest score amongst everyone I talked to is 9-3, and the guy admitted he gave Bradley two rounds he probably didn’t win but performed good.

Richard on June 11th, 2012 at 7:23 AM
  18. Also,

What is lost in this complete and utter robbery is the heart of Bradley, who took a beating, pummeled round in and round out, looked lost and beaten throughout, but never stopped fighting. Though he did pretty much give up trying to win the fight, and the look on hs face after the 3rd round showed defeat til the end.

Richard on June 11th, 2012 at 7:26 AM
  19. Fights are scored by rounds and not by the total punches, and that is why we get decisions like this. Manny landed many more punches, but they could have occured in a few rounds that he won.

Jake Hall on June 11th, 2012 at 7:58 AM
  20. I would have been cool with a draw.

Compubox needs to be revamped. Pacquaio did not land a 100 more punches than Bradley. A lot of those punches were misses or landed on Bradley arms.

For someone on PACMAN’s level he is starting to look more like Amir Khan, very amateurish. He was missing a lot and his punching technique was horrible other than the straight left.

Bradley was missing punches badly also.

But down stretch Bradley looked like the Professional Fighter not PACMAN.

  21. Pacquiao didn’t “lose” to Marquez. That “controversy” was from a bunch of Marquez fans who got their panties in a knot because it was a close fight that could have gone either way, and their guy didn’t get the nod. Yet Marquez fans cried bloody murder because they were so excited that their guy came within spitting distance of a “v.” Anyone who’s watched boxing for more than three months knows that sometimes that’s just how it goes.

This fight was by all reports an absolute robbery with most of the respected authorities giving Bradley between 2-3 rounds.

Jon on June 11th, 2012 at 9:10 AM
  22. @Jack Hall – Save the broken English sermon for your flock of sheep. Manny is just smelling the roses with his “found christ” BS. PI is run by organized religion, and Manny wishes to be apart of the ruling class, so he must fall in line with the religion thing to keep the poor people believing in him. I suppose Jesus wants to keep everybody poor and destitute in PI as well Jack?

That being said, I had Manny winning the fight 8-4. The HBO crew should be ashamed of themselves though, for such a bias announcing effort. Lampley is a clown, Kellerman always has that deer in head lights look, coupled with a caveman vocabulary. Harold Letterman, should lose the headset when judging fights. With these two clowns talking in your ear, it would be hard to judge a fight fairly.

jim on June 11th, 2012 at 10:15 AM
  23. Funny thing about it is Bradley felt he lost he told Arum he did his best but could not beat him(Manny)…..I say i believe Tim….If you were announced the winner would you really expect a fighter to say he didnt deserve the win. This is not Mannys first loss so really it doesnt do anything to his legacy its obvious the MAJORITY of people believe he won. I watched it at a sports bar with like 200 people everyone was in shock so I am sure thats the vibe around the country.Manny’s train will keep going forward. If your Bradley and you just dethroned the lb for lb champ you should be getting all the accolades not an asterik next to your biggest win.I would like to know how many fights Manny has left on his contract with top rank if he has a few left I think that shoots down the conspiracy theroy.

Mike Lopez on June 11th, 2012 at 10:46 AM
  24. Man I had Pac winning this fight 9-3 but I had the same for JMM vs Pac 9-3 for Marquez! Karma? Another black eye for boxing but it’s shocking the house fighter got robbed! Guaranteed rematch don’t hold your breath for May vs Pac that ain’t happening anytime soon.

TT on June 11th, 2012 at 10:51 AM
  25. Did anybody notice how Bradley looked when the fight was over? It was the same look Pac had when the 3rd fight ended with Marquez. If anybody knows if they won or lost the fight it’s the guy in the ring. Both Bradley and Pac had the “oh no I just got my ass beat” look when the fight ended. Funny stuff!

TT on June 11th, 2012 at 12:56 PM
  26. When roger may weather tweets that Bradley got his kicked & Floyd Sr. Says the same thing
You know PAC won. It was a bad decision. I don’t think Bradley is an A level
Fighter after that. He was exposed; where was the ferocity. I guess it
Left after eating a couple of dozen straight left hands.

    Jrock09 on June 11th, 2012 at 3:42 PM
  27. I thought Pac fought a smart fight. I don’t think his performance was “limited” as some thought; rather, I felt he was being very cognizant of the possibility of a head butt at any time, and needed to make some necessary adjustments. So he didn’t get the knockout many expected. I don’t think his strategy of going easy the first two minutes of a round was necessarily a bad idea either, I think it worked for him in this fight. Bouts are scored by rounds, and if you can throw more punches AND connect more blows in ONE minute than your opponent is able to in THREE minutes, that’s legit. It may not be what YOU want to see, but to make that your reason for insisting that Pac legitimately lost this fight is utter stupidity. Keep grasping at straws and trying to convince yourself, but the fact of the matter remains: From the most RESPECTED boxing authorities to the casual fans (and I’ll include the Mayweathers in this), the VAST majority not only believe that Manny Pacquiao won, but are utterly SHOCKED at the decision. If the tiny minority who really believe that Tim Bradley took this fight think your knowledge of the fight game is truly more superior, you’re fooling yourselves. But go ahead and keep dreaming, you’re entitled to your own opinion, as am I…

P.S. – To the tiny minority who believe Pacquiao legitimately lost this fight, after seeing Bradley in the ring with Pac, are you WILLING to put $1000 on Bradley at the November rematch? Do us a favor and put your money where your mouth is…

Paco on June 11th, 2012 at 8:37 PM
  28. THE JUDGES ARE SITTING JUST A FEW FEET AWAY FROM THE FIGHTERS .
I BELIEVE THAT MANYY DELIVERED THE STRONGER PUNCHES . EVER THOUGH BRADLY
    COULD TAKE HIS PUNCH
I BELIEVE THAT THEY SCORED WHO LANDED THE MOST PUNCHES AGAINST . EVER A TOUCH OF THE SKIN I BELIVE IS A POINT . THEY GAVE BRADLY THE FIGHT BECAUSE HE SCORED THE MOST POINTS. BY BODY ,JABS ETC
WATCH THE FIGHT AGAIN YOU MAY CHANGE YOUR MIND

THE LORD WON THE FIGHT SO MANNY COULD RETIRE

    BOXING IS MY LOVE

  30. Too many are not able to score good blows, many of Bradley punches were blocked, many were just hitting Mani’s arms and gloves. This fight was not close at all, Pacquio won twice as many rounds.
