We will probably go with a late sub as today’s guests are SUPPOSED to include Peter McNeely who was a victim of Mike Tyson in 1995. Mr. Party, we will see if he shows! The 2nd hour will be MMA as we go one on one with Bruce Lee’s training partner Leo Fong and wrap the UFC weekend.

HBO aired Wladimir Klitschko-Bryant Jennings, this in addition to Spike TV going with the Badou Jack nwin over Anthony Dirrell, the Mayweather-Pacquiao clash six days away, thus it’s a good time to talk fights! 11 AM PT!

UFC FIGHT NIGHT RETURN OF CARLOS CONDIT

“NATURAL BORN KILLER” OR “NATURAL BORN OUT-POINTER”?

Natural Born Killer

Natural Born Killer

Los Angeles, CA-Welterweight (170 lb.) contender Carlos Condit (29-8) features in the starring role of UFC Fight Night:  Condit vs. Alves.  Condit is back for the first time since losing by knee injury to Tyron Woodley (15-3).  Across the cage from him will be Thiago Alves (21-9).  Alves is a solid fighter, but I do not think home country advantage at the Goiania Arena in Goiania, Goias, Brazil will be enough to defeat one of the best welterweights in the world.  Condit has been a point-fighter in recent years, but I think he will go back to his killer ways on Saturday night.

UFC FIGHT NIGHT 59: CONOR MCGREGOR WINS!

CONOR MCGREGOR GETS TITLE SHOT

McGregor Will Face Aldo Next

McGregor Will Face Aldo Next

Los Angeles, CA- After almost two years of trash talk, Conor McGregor (17-2) will finally get the title shot he promised.  Ever since he first entered the promotion back in April 2013, “Notorious” has said he would bring the featherweight (145) belt back to Ireland.  In Las Vegas this May, he will get the chance to back up his talk.

GAME SIVER NO MATCH FOR MCGREGOR

Dennis Siver (22-10, 1 NC) of Russia landed some decent strikes.  He even managed to drag Conor to the canvas for a few seconds.  Unfortunately, those were the only highlights on Fox Sports 1 for the Russian.  He spent most of 7 minutes getting busted up but the power and speed of McGregor’s strikes.  After being dropped with a body punch in round two and finished with some ground and pound, referee Herb Dean called an end to the contest at 1:54.
