To be honest. I used to body-build and was a steroid user, and also saw plenty of others on them. When someone is juicing there is a different look to the muscles, it’s hard to explain but I know it when I see it and a couple of weeks ago ,watching 24/7 I know what I saw looking at Pac-Man. He had the look, particularly in the shoulders. It’s a different kind of fullness to the muscle than someone who’s not on juice. There are plenty of chemists / Doctors that could and do come up with new stuff that stays undetectable until there is a test that can find that type of juice, look at BALCO.
I can only say what it looked like to my eyes, and I know it when I see it. IMO, Cintron is right.

No Manny is not on Steriods but he can definitely be on one of the hundreds of performance enhancing substances used to cheat by Athletes. They’re undetectable because steriods tests aren’t testing for them. They need to develop a test that will identify any foreign substance in an Athletes system. Mosley was not using a Steriod, he was using a performance enhancing drug which increased his strength and stamina. It was never detected but in the Balco Case Mosley along with many other athletes were identified as customers who ordered drugs with performance enhancing side effects.. Mosley has never tested positive for using steriods but admitted to taking a drug which he says he didn’t know had peformance increasing properties? LOL, So Yes Manny could easily be on a performance enhancing substance.. EZ especially in the Phillipines where anything is obtainable at a low price.

I honestly hadn’t though about this as a possibility before it was mentioned here. Now that it is ‘out there’ so to speak, it really does strike me as odd how well Manny has put on pure ripped muscle mass. This doesn’t make him a ‘doper’, but if you do the comparisons to other athletes that have made the same type of changes to body mass (best example is Barry Bonds) it does make you think its possible. There is always the chance that the guy is a freak of nature and his body just works that way but almost no one (especially someone already at an extremely high fintess level) makes gains like that with no ‘help’.
