RADIO HOST/WRITER BRYAN ALVAREZ ON “RING TALK MMA HOUR”
San Francisco, CA- The UFC looks like a battleground in Vietnam. Everybody’s getting hurt. First it was the “franchise” fighter Georges St. PierreI late last year, since then there have been a hoard of injuries, the latest being UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz. This has caused the UFC to switch opponents, dates, fight cards, if UFC czar Dana White were to say he had an “Excedrin” headache, believe him. I went through the news in the MMA world with results and the suspension of Rafael “Feijao” Cavalcante, this after testing positive for a “banned” (steroids) substance after his win last month over Mike Kyle, a 33 second submission win on a Strikeforce card. My guest was one of but a few walking MMA encyclopedias, Bryan Alvarez, writer and the host of the “Wrestling Observer Live” radio show. TO LISTEN NOW:
