March 20th, 2011 By Pedro FernandezMCKINN HAS ONE MORE WEEK OF FREEDOM
San Francisco, CA- Word out of Phoenix on Friday was that the March 25th sentencing of Top Rank’s Peter McKinn has now been moved to April 1! This has me on edge for two reasons. The first being that while I’m not all that concerned with McKinn getting an extra week of freedom for his consecutive sentencing on his admitting to three Felonies, what does have me freaking out is that it gives Maricopa County Supervisor and ex-Boxing Commission head Mary Rose Wilcox, McKinn’s unindicted co-conspirator along with her husband Earl Wilcox, once an aide to Governor Janet Napolitano who threatened Judge Carlos Mendoza in his chambers, this with Peter McKinn, with an outstanding warrant for his arrest sitting beside him, one more week to work on presiding judge Arthur Anderson.
THE SECOND REASON FOR CONCERN IS THE NEW DATE
McKinn, who asked for a “Mitigation” hearing when he realized Anderson had two Deputies in the courtroom to take him into custody, was granted such. I’ll bring Police reports and other documents proving McKinn and his cronies had me detained for Robbery by the Arizona Capital Police, threatened my life on two occasions. Others will come to court and bring up more of McKinn’s nefarious acts. Unless the fix is in, and I don’t think so at this point, April Fools Day will be Peter McKinn’s last day as a free man for a long, long, time!
