San Francisco, CA- In the wake of yet another weekend in the sport of boxing further it’s own throat, both here in the USA with the Gabriel Campillo-Tavoris Cloud criminal-scoring, and in Germany where Police detained and released Derek Chisora just hours after being defeated by Vitali Klitschko, while looking for another boxer David Haye, both Brit’s. In all it truly was indicative of what a dirty business the sport of boxing really is. On the “special” Sunday edition of “Ring Talk Radio” covering both Boxing & MMA,” we opened with UFC light heavyweight contender Kyle Kingsbury previewing UFC 144. 1. I think that Chisora-Haye fiasco was indicative of how nasty some of these British fighters and their entourages are. Many of their fans are nasty as well.

  2. Is marijuana a performance enhancing drug? Depends on how u look at it. I put it in the same classification as alcohol. Will it increace speed, power, anything of that nature? Absolutly not. HOWEVER. Just like alcolol , marijuana will permit a fighter to absorb more punishment than he would normaly permit himself to take. Common sence should prevail here. All this talk about marijuana not being a performance enhancing drug is just plain stupid. Its a banned substance for good reason.
