  • More shot than tupac!!!!!! Damn PDiddy immglad to seem laughing man. Great one

  • Thank god a potential ring tragedy was averted. Shame on Jimmy Burchfield, Oliveira’s longtime promoter, who is fully aware of the injuries he sustained in his last fight 5 years ago for putting him back in the ring period, let alone against a young, strong fighter(albeit limited in skill) 4 weight classes bigger. Sucra deserved better than this.

  • You got that right Pedro. Glad Ray was pulled from the card but a fight versus Echols is not a good replacement. Echols hasn’t been the same since Bhop landed that overhand right to the back of his head years ago!

  • Echols more shot than Tupac!

  • Spina a local hero? Your kidding right? I`m from RI and no one gives a shit about Spina. The only people that do are his handlers his family and a small group in the providence area and that cause he`s of Italian decent. This kid would need to stand on a chair to kiss Manfreado`s ass and a ladder to do the same to Paz.
As far as in the ring, Spina is a joke, yeah he`s got some pop but agenst who? this 5 doller punk, and thats what he, is gets beat by anyone who can fight back and struggles to draw with used up B and C level semi-retired fighters.
I`m happy the commision did the right thing and stopped his fight with Ray. Ray deserves to make a living just like everybody else but no one wants to see him get hurt. If Ray could have controled afew things in his life differantly he could have been a solid champ for a time. He had 1 of the best chins at 140 I`v seen in the last 15 years, good jab and body attack and defence. He would fight anybody and always gave the crowds a good fights.
Also any young fighters in the Soultheastern mass and RI area should look Ray up if you need a trainer. He`s been doing some good work and its a chance to learn from a man thats seen it all and done it all in the fight game.

  • Ecohls shot almost as bad as ray? Spina can’t find somebody his age to fight?? He isn’t even the caliber of a contender. BS I hope they don’t televise this ish. They wouldn’t even show this junk on telemundo.

  • Ray out, Antwon Echols in!

  • Spina is a straight up coward!!!! This fight shouldn’t be happening at all. If ray wants to fight fine but when ur a guy like spina u can get better fights than this??? Ray was in pain in his last loss to the drunken master so much so that Augustus was only throwing body shots on him. The commission I hope did extensive test on ray or they will have problems!!! And Spina ur a bitch!!!!!!
