CASEY GUERRERO AGAINST ROPES OF LIFE
February 18th, 2010 By Pedro Fernandez

Gilroy, CA- Having known that Casey Guerrero, the wife of two-division world champ Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero was going through dire times, I have refrained from writing about her health woes. I can tell you that Casey is a great mom, outstanding wife, and an all around classy lady. I saw her in November while announcing at the University of San Francisco and you could see that Leukemia had taken its toll. Still, she stood strong and told me she was “Fine.” Mrs. Guerrero, Casey to some, you are deeply embedded in our prayers!

My prayers are with the Guerrero family.
Life is so cruel. All my prayers to this beautiful family. Casey, Dios te ayudara.
No weapon forged against u shall prosper belvoved sister!!!!!!! E and my family will keep u amd ur family in our prayers. Ur a champion and will overcome this( god bless u)
She’s in our prayers. She’s a true fighter!

May god bless the Guerrero family and get them through this toughest time of their lives. My prayers are with them.

Not that something like this should happen to anyone… But of all the people I met during my time in the business, there really wasn’t a better group of honest to God GOOD people than the Guerrero Clan… They say you are who you roll with. This family rolls with exceptional people and it was my pleasure to get to know some of them a bit.
I wish nothing but the best for them. I pray for Casey…
10 years ago my wife had a transplant and with the Good Lords Blessings, she is still with us. Sure it was (and still is) a long hard road to hoe, but belief and strength shall prevail. Cassey, draw from your husband the strength you need each day to continue your battle. Pray like never before and my dear, enjoy life no matter how hard it may seem… Positive attitude and mind set (as in boxing) can over-come any obsticle.. My wife Patti and I are praying everyday for your recovery, never remission (as this illness does not do that) but the waters shall calm, your strength shall re-appear, and your smile shall be endless.. As my good friend Mike Indri always says, “Keep the Faith”… God Bless this family with all the blessings one could afford……………………………..
