JOE DIAZ COMING BACK TO KO TOP RANK & MEDIA HOES!

TRAINER TO EXPOSE & THEN KICK BOB ARUM’S ASS!

Arum Will Be Looking A Lot Sadder Soon!

Arum Will Be Looking A Lot Sadder Soon!

Phoenix, AZ– For those of you that have read some or all of the 90 or so articles I have written in regards to trainer Joe Diaz and boxer “Yory Boy” Campas and the screw job Bob Arum of Top Rank and his agents, this includes the incarcerated Top Rank promoter Peter McKinn, matchmaker Bruce Trampler, and other associates, you know that Diaz is a champion of men. Well, last week Diaz suffered a massive heart attack at the Top Level Gym that he has owned for decades and the prognosis was not at all good.

OPENED EYES AND RECOGNIZED PEOPLE

On Tuesday, Diaz opened his eyes and recognized the people that were around him, grabbed their hands. In case you haven’t read the two stories I have published since Joe’s collapsing in the gym, Dr.’s at St. Joseph’s Hospital had put Diaz into an induced coma. If you are wondering why a 72-year old was working full time in the plumbing trade, I can tell you it was because Arum, in his own written words, his schleps Bruce Trampler and Peter McKinn, Boxing Commissioner Mary Rose Wilcox, her husband Earl Wilcox, then an aide to then Governor Janet Napolitano, and Commission head John Montano, all entered into a conspiracy to prevent the disclosure that vast amounts of money had been taken from boxer “Yory Boy” Campas. In order to do so, that had to destroy Diaz both professionally and financially, which they almost did. As Joe said about working such a tough gig, “Pedro, I have to eat.”

ARUM’S MEDIA WHORES INCLUDE FIGHT NEWS & ESPN’S BURGER QUEEN DAN RAFAEL

With news outlets like Fight News.com and ESPN.com never once writing about the injustices and crimes perpetrated by representatives of Arum, whether its the sponsorship money Fight News head Karl Freitag and his bumbling sidekick “Flattop” get, or in the case of the rotund Dan Rafael, formerly of USA Today and now ESPN.com, his being able to sleep on Arum’s office couches and watch fight films, regardless, neither so-called news entity wrote a sentence on the scandal. This continues to this day, as Top Rank’s Peter McKinn recently pled Guilty to a number of Felonies last month for screwing Campas and Diaz, crimes that included Perjury, Forging documents and then signing Diaz’s name to them, and Grand Theft. Not one word of McKinn’s convictions of crimes against boxing or his currently being jailed appeared in Fight News or ESPN.com

IF I WAS WRONG, TOP RANK, FIGHT NEWS & THE FAT MAN WOULD’VE SUED

The attorney that rode in on a white horse and took over the case for Campas and Diaz, and who will likely also represent me is Edward Moriarity, the ex-partner of famous TV attorney Jerry Spence. Moriarity feels it will only be a matter of time before the aforementioned are forced to pay for their totally unwarranted and punitive actions.

DIAZ A TOUGH HONEST MAN IN BOXING’S SNAKE PIT!

At times when I wanted to give up, I’d say, “Joe, Arum and his flunkies and media whores (namely Dan Rafael, Karl Freitag, Flattop) they have us outnumbered and we don’t have the money to take them down.” Bombastic Joe, in one of his cool and calm moods, which is not very often said, “We will get every one of those MF’ers including Bob Arum.” With a $43 million claim already filed against the state of Arizona, Moriarity is ready to serve papers on the aforementioned scoundrels. As for Freitag, Flattop and Rafael, they will be deposed sooner rather than later, said Diaz’s attorney. Once ESPN finds out how irresponsible and negligent “Fat Dan” has been, just like when I exposed ESPN executive Bob Yalen for sleeping with whores provided by promoters, there will be a job opening at ESPN. Then Rafael, who scaled well over 350 lbs., might have to go and get a job working in the Arizona heat that almost killed Diaz!

BOXING FANS, MY JOB IS NEARLY COMPLETE!

That was to keep the story alive for seven years, and with the recent help of Phoenix crime reporter Linda Bentley, who has championed our cause, my job is almost done. In closing, Joe Diaz is on the comeback trail, and while it might take another year or so at the most, Arum, Trampler, and their cronies, unless they’re ready to write a number of seven digit settlement checks, will be exposed for what they are, a bunch of 21st century gangsters! As for me and Arum, having already successfully sued him, the second time around will be much sweeter for me and far more embarrassing for the Harvard grad! Like the 60s song by Ruby & The Romantics, Bob, “Our Day Has Come.”

God Bless Joe! I hope his recovery is rapid and that justice takes all the scum down. Maybe there will be a cell for Mary Rose and Earl Wilcox also!

Actually Benny, if top skank wasn’t against their fighters fighting boxers not promoted by the skank, then this fight would’ve already happened.

What can I do Benny. You rip at me with unbridled aggression, and I’m tired of it. Call Oscar at GBP, I don’t what to say except JMM needs to face Robert Guerrero.

Pedro you wanted Pacquiao to fight Marquez a third time but Dela Hoya is hellbent on blocking this fight. What si your take on this?

Dave, they knew about the scandal and didn’t have the balls to write anything about it. And they call themselves boxing journalists? It shows a conflict of interest. If they’re job is to cover the sport they are showing a conflict of interest by not promoting the scandal and a lack of integrity, especially AFTER Mac Kinn was convicted of the crimes said above.

As the top news services in boxing, they are said to deposed as to why they did not write anything on the Top Rank promoter Peter McKinns convictions. Were they told not to? Lee Samuels, TR PR guy told at leat one other site to not link my stuff on te subject. Come on, Felonies commited vs a boxer and they don’t mention it. You think that was an accident?

I must be missing something. What do the three writers have to do with the situation? Are you saying they know inside things about it all?
