Pedro Fernandez

  • Maidana is the favorite. Not Lopez.

  • I dislike Dawson ever since his statements in his post fight interview after the Pascal fight. Hope he loses by KO. I always pick against him and Tarver

  • I like Stevenson over faded Chad by KO.

  • Pedro, your no bet on Dawson is a smart play. We don’t know the impact of his fight with Ward, although he is back with Eddie as a trainer, which in his mind is probably a plus ( not that John Scully is a bad trainer ). Stevenson is very awkward, normally in good condition, has a little bit of pop in his punches but defensively he can be hit and backed up. It will be up to Dawson to take advantage of that. Stevenson wins his fights by winning the “War of Attrition “, not so much by knockout power. His opponents are beat up and completely exhausted, when hit with a good shot at that point, they stay down. At least that is what I saw in his fight with George and Boone. Rooting for Chad though.
